Iyashi Dome attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data and the respect of your privacy.
The present data protection policy has the following objectives
Inform you of: the conditions under which Iyashi Dôme collects, uses, stores, shares and protects your personal data;
To ensure that: you can effectively exercise your rights in relation to your personal data;

DATA COLLECTED
We collect and use your personal data, i.e. any information that identifies you or allows you to be identified, to the extent necessary for the purposes of our business and to provide you with personalised and quality products or services.
Depending on the type of product or service we provide, we collect different types of personal data about you, including
- identity data: surname, first name, title, date of birth,
- contact details: postal address, town of residence and postcode, telephone number, e-mail address.
The compulsory or optional nature of the communication of this data is indicated at the time of their collection (notably on the collection forms). However, failure to provide information marked as mandatory will technically prevent Iyashi Dôme from responding to your request.
The data collected by Iyashi Dôme depends on your relationship and interactions with it.
We collect this data directly from you, whether you are a customer, a prospect (when you contact us, visit our website, use our products and services, participate in a survey or any other operation that we organize), but also indirectly from our business partners or through the use of cookies and/or other tracers on our websites.
DURATION OF CONSERVATION OF YOUR DATA
Your Data is intended for Iyashi Dôme, which only keeps it for the time necessary for the operations for which it was collected and in compliance with the regulations in force.
The Data relating to the customers are preserved during the duration of the contractual relations, increased by 3 years as from the end of the contractual relations, without damage of the legal obligations of conservation or the periods of prescription.
Data relating to prospects are kept for three years from the last contact with Iyashi Dôme.
HOW AND WHY DO WE USE YOUR DATA?
Your Data is collected by Iyashi Dôme to, depending on the case, :
- comply with our various legal or regulatory obligations (including accounting and tax)
- execute any contract to which you are a party
- serve our legitimate interests
- respect your choice when we have asked for your consent for a specific processing
and for the following purposes:
- Processing of your request(s) by the relevant department,
- Management of our customer file,
- Management of our directory of professional customers equipped with Iyashi Dome devices and/or resellers of Iyashi Dome products/distributors,
- Prospecting by sending marketing, advertising and promotional messages that correspond to you,
- Monitoring the operation and geolocation of our professional devices,
- Prospecting by sending newsletters relating to our products or news of our company,
- Prospecting by organising themed commercial operations and/or competitions,
- Operations to monitor customer relations such as satisfaction surveys or polls,
- Establishment of statistics,
- Recruitment.
WHO IS YOUR DATA INTENDED FOR?
Your Data is intended for Iyashi Dôme.
However, we may communicate your Data to third parties:
- As part of our partnerships,
- within the framework of service contracts with subcontractors within the meaning of Article 28 of the RGPD who are subject to national and European provisions relating to the protection of personal data (e.g. transporters, telemarketers, hosts of our websites),
- when we are legally required to do so or if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to do so in order to satisfy any claim against Iyashi Dome, comply with any legal request, or enforce any contract with our customers;

If you wish to exercise either of your rights, please contact us in the manner indicated in Article 9 below. We will endeavour to respond to your request within a reasonable time and, in any event, within the time limits set by law.
All requests must be accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature.
Before responding to your request, we may verify your identity and ask you to provide further information to respond to your request.

USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS
